The Copyright Board has denied Prof. Ariel Katz's request dated November 6, 2013
for a reference of the "mandatory tariff" issue to the Federal Court
of Appeal. The hearing for Access Copyright’s proposed tariff for 2011 – 2013
is still scheduled to proceed as framed on February 11, 2014.
