The Google Art Project will no doubt be very big news. See Robert Fulford's article in today's National Post..
Two quick questions come to mind:
- Is this going to be the next Google Books Project?
- Why are there no Canadian museums yet?
In any event, this appears to have immense promise and may also face some major legal issues, depending on how things shake out in Judge Chin's Court in the Southern District of New York - and the inevitable aftermath.
