Here is a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document dated today, December 7, 2010 concerning the proposed Access Copyright tariff.
This is from the AUCC. It answers some questions. In some cases, it suggests getting "legal advice". And there are many questions simply not addressed, some of which have been discussed recently on this blog.

ReplyDeleteSo far, any money spent on AUCC's copyright 'experts' would have been better spent on professors and librarians at Canadian universities. Many of my students could have compiled more effective FAQs.
ReplyDeleteI note AUCC's statement that it will "vigourously defend" itself and its members from the interim tariff.
