Supreme Court Grants Leave to Appeal in CMEC v. Access Copyright K-12 Case
Howard -- You were completely accurate about Judge Chin's decision re the Google Book Settlement --i.e. early in the year and Google would not like it. (Understatement of the year.) There is growing distrust of Access Copyright by several Canadian writers, who would like full disclosure of its motives and finances. Any predictions about the success of this appeal? David Bolt
